Steeda Mustang Sport Lowering Springs - Progressive (2015-2026)

Steeda's progressive springs start at a milder rate and progress into a firmer rate under load. During normal street driving your Mustang stays in that milder rate for great ride quality, while on the race track the springs transition into firmer rates — front rates range from 145 to 225 lbs, and rears from 525 to 820 lbs.

As you get into sportier driving and brake hard, these progressive springs help prevent nosedive, and they resist body roll in corners for great handling. On launch, the Mustang won't squat — it sets and goes. The springs optimize the center of gravity and suspension geometry, lowering the car just over 1" at the front and an inch at the back for the perfect rake, and they clear stock wheels or a set of 20" wheels. Steeda springs are engineered in-house and custom made to exact specifications using proprietary CAD data and 3D modeling, manufactured under rigorous QS-9000 and ISO 9001 certifications.
