1. Pricing Policy

  • Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
  • If you have placed an order but not yet paid, your quoted price will be honored for 30 days from the order date.
  • Orders with products that have pricing discrepencies will be cancelled.  Before cancelling we will contact you directly for the remaining balance of the correct price. 

2. Returns & Exchanges Policy

We strive for fairness in all returns. Please read the following carefully:

General Rules

  • Used or Installed Items: Cannot be returned.
  • Manufacturer Defects: If a defect occurs within 6 months, please contact the manufacturer directly under their warranty policy.
  • Change of Mind: Returns due to buyer’s remorse are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus shipping costs.
  • Incorrect or Non-Functional Items: If the wrong product is shipped or an item is defective upon installation, we will resolve the issue at no cost to you.
  • Custom and Remote Tuning: All tuning services, including custom and remote tuning, are non-refundable and non-cancellable once purchased.

Return Conditions

  • Most new, unopened items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund (minus applicable restocking and shipping fees).
  • Restocking fee: 20% of the product value, plus return shipping costs.
  • Damaged or defective merchandise may be exchanged for equal or lesser value or refunded (minus shipping charges).
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
  • Opened items will be considered for return on a case-by-case basis.

Processing Time

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom-made parts (e.g., exhaust systems, special-order wheels)
  • Installed parts (of any kind)
  • Mounted wheels/tires
  • Electronic components
  • Custom and remote tuning services (including Lund Racing Custom Tunes)
  • Built-to-order supercharger/turbo systems (subject to 10% cancellation fee)
  • Custom packages with non-refundable deposits

3. Shipping Policy

  • Free Shipping: Applies only to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Oversized items (engines, differentials, etc.) and special shipping products are excluded.
  • Additional Charges: Shipments to HI, PR, and AK may incur extra fees (customer will be notified before charges are applied).
  • Global Shipping: We can ship worldwide, including APO addresses. Restrictions may apply to certain products.
  • Insurance: Basic shipping and insurance are included; customers are responsible for additional insurance or expedited shipping costs.
  • Risk Transfer: Once a package leaves our facility, it becomes the property of the purchaser. Lost/damaged packages must be addressed with the carrier unless additional insurance was purchased.
  • Fraud Prevention: Billing and shipping addresses must match for order processing.

4. Aftermarket Parts & Tuning Disclaimer

Many parts we sell are intended for off-road or competition use only and may not comply with state or federal emissions or safety laws.

  • Use on public roads may violate the EPA Clean Air Act.
  • It is the buyer’s responsibility to comply with all applicable laws.
  • Installation and use of such products indicates you have read and understood this disclaimer.
  • We do not disable federally mandated emissions equipment or monitors on any vehicle with a VIN.

5. Coupon Code Policy

  • Coupons are only valid for designated items.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order where a coupon code is misused.

6. Privacy & Security

  • We respect your privacy and will never sell or share your personal information.
  • All payment and personal data is encrypted via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology.
  • We do not store payment information.
