xSteeda Mustang IRS Subframe Replacement Bushings (2015-2023)
Steeda's IRS replacement bushings are the big brother to the bushing insert kits — polyurethane bushings that completely replace the factory bushings rather than working alongside them. They offer more support and are great for racing applications, though installation is more involved. Rather than the costly process of replacing the complete subframe, these give you the ability to fix and even upgrade your S550's existing subframe.
The factory bushings leave a lot to be desired due to their compliance and voiding. These replacement bushings offer even more support than an insert kit and are the way to go if you do a lot of racing or run a power adder. A step up over the stock rubber bushings, these solid polyurethane bushings put an end to wheel hop, since polyurethane is far less compliant than rubber and offers greater support when cornering or launching.
