Question: Why do I need an anti roll bar? Answer: The factory sway bar has rubber bushings and will only limit body roll to a certain point. You will end up with body roll and the car will feel loose going down the track. The anti roll bar will keep the rear end square to the body and make the car more stable going down the track.
Question: How do I know if I need a single or double Anti Roll bar? Answer: We recommend the double anti roll bar when customers are making over 800 HP or running 5 second 1/8 mile or 8 second 1/4 mile times.
Question: How do you set an anti roll bar once it's installed? Answer: This will take two people to accomplish. First you want the car at race weight just like it will go down the track with fuel, driver in the seat, etc... Next adjust the links so there is 2-3" of space between the top of the arms on the bar and the floor. Last step you will set the passenger side link to neutral, so there is no tension on it and you can slide the bolt in and out of the end links.
