x The NEW UPR Plug N Play™ Dual Valve Catch Can system is the perfect fit for your new Ranger Raptor 3.0! By adding a second vacuum source and a Clean Side Separator the UPR Dual Valve Catch Can system enhances the performance of the PCV system throughout the RPM range.
The Dual Valve catch can will not only separate oil mist and combustion byproducts during low speed driving and idle (when there is manifold vacuum present) it will also allow circulation and crankcase evacuation when under BOOST. The UPR Clean Side Separator goes a step further by reducing oil intrusion into the intercooler and air box.
Easy to service with UPR's Billet bracket technology and Plug N Play™ quick release factory style fittings. Just push the grey buttons on the fittings to release them, and unscrew the quick release catch can mount knob to remove the can. The base cup unscrews from the catch can for easy draining and inspection.
With its extremely efficient compact design and incredible looks, We went the extra mile to ensure you get the best quality components. This kit is 100% Modular and can be fully disassembled or emptied and cleaned in seconds. It utilizes UPR Braided Hose and Billet Hose Ends to give you the Strongest and Best Performing Setup Possible- No cheap stock lines here that have been cut and spliced on or hardware store rubber hose! Featuring the New UPR Plug N Play™ Catch Can Fittings, you can empty the can without removing the catch can lines from your engine. (UPR Exclusive Push Button Fittings) We have hundreds of hours testing our new Multi-Stage Oil Separator to ensure proven results will exceed your expectations. 4 ounces will give you the needed oil capacity to be sure the catch can does not overfill.
This new patented design is the most advanced Internal function from coalescing to condensing every aspect was engineered properly. It cannot be compared or confused with units that have side by side inlets and outlets with ineffective flimsy filters or air compressor filters to keep the cost down and never take into account how critical the separation process is. At UPR make sure that this feature and process of the catch cans performance is protected with the best diffuser systems available. UPR's Patented Multi-chamber diffuser technology is featured in every UPR catch can to capture and filter all the oil vapor and trash from getting into your air intake tract. This is the most critical feature of any catch can system. Manufactured from Domestic T-6 6061 Aluminum bar stock and finished off using only the best Diamond cutters to exceed your expectations of what a superior product should fit and look like.

UPR Clean Side Separator (CSS):
This Clean Side Catch Separator is especially beneficial to modified vehicles with added Superchargers or Turbo kits. As crankcase pressure builds up under BOOST, it will be forced out of the driver side valve cover fitting. This clean side separator will still allow clean air to enter the crankcase as the factory intended, but will catch oil and impurities when crankcase pressure is high, preventing that gunk from getting into your cold air kit and throttle body. Once normal driving resumes, the Clean Side Separator will allow the oil mist to return to the crankcase.
Installs in 60 minutes. Moderate automotive experience recommended
This UPR Pro Series catch can kit is shipped ready to install even if no upgrades are selected. Upgrades are available to allow you to tailor the kit to fit your needs.
Optional Parts:
UPR Billet Pro Series Check Valves:
These are larger higher flowing check valves than the standard check valve. It will increase the vacuum through the catch can and deliver better crankcase evacuation. The improved crankcase evacuation translates to increased MPG and more responsive low speed drivability. The arrow printed on the check valve will always need to face away from the catch can. There is no down side to having a check valve in a Naturally Aspirated (NA) application, and a check valve in required in boosted applications. The larger, higher flowing Pro Series Check Valve also has a hex nut on the body so you can disassemble it for inspection and cleaning.
SS Magnetic Drain Plug:
The Stainless Steel magnetic drain plug would replace the drain plug on the bottom of the catch can with an allen head plug that has a magnet embedded into it. It will attract any ferrous metal material to it so the user can inspect it. If you select this option you can not also use the Drain Line kit below.
Drain Line Kit:
The drain line kit includes a drain valve, hose and fittings needed to install the drain valve. It allows the user to relocate the drain somewhere easier to access like the wheel well opening or bumper area. If you select this option you can not also use the Magnetic Drain Plug.
**Choose either the stainless steel magnetic drain plug or the UPR drain line kit, you would not need both.**
Replacement O-Rings:
Spare O-rings for the catch can cup. If the O-ring is lost, torn or if it's just time to replace it due to wear it's a good idea to have a couple of spares in the glove box. 5030 is the main dirty side catch can and 5043 is the clean side catch can.
