x UPR now offers the very best patented catch can system for any application. Designed to be an exact fit on 2018 and Newer JEEP Trackhawk as well as the 2021 Durango Hellcat 6.2L. This system will eliminate oil from entering your intake by engine blow-by, which channels oil and trash into your direct air stream from the valve train. This is a common problem on both brand new and especially older engines, which just suffer more from blow-by due to wear and tear. This 2.25 x 6" catch can is much larger and has more capacity than the 'other' guy's little can.
The most common problem is making your car emit light blueish white smoke upon startup or even during normal driving. The throttle body handles your main air stream and has a breather tube running from the crankcase to the throttle body. The vacuum from the incoming airstream and positive pressure in the crankcase combine to get oil in the air-tract.
Every car and vehicle is set up this way to help eliminate the pressure build-up in the bottom end of your engine enabling the piston to move up and down with less resistance.
The UPR catch cans feature a Multi-Stage Multi-Chamber containment system that delivers the best coalescing and condensing of oil fuel and moisture that gets sucked through the PCV to be properly captured and contained through the patented flow process that has been tested to be the best oil separator system in the industry.

The fuse box mount is used if you are ever planning on running an aftermarket tensioner and pulley. The long lines also allow for the air to cool down and keep heat out of the can.

This kit can be used with factory or aftermarket pulleys and tensioners. If your vehicle is equipped with an ECU rain guard, it will need to be modified to fit or deleted.

This UPR Pro Series catch can kit is shipped ready to install even if no upgrades are selected. Upgrades are available to allow you to tailor the kit to fit your needs.
Optional Parts:
UPR Billet One-Way Valve Cover Breather:
These are Valve Cover Breathers with a one-way valve inside of it. These are designed to allow excess/positive crankcase pressure to exit through the breather when in boost. Then it closes to return to vacuum while driving to prevent un-metered air from entering to maintain perfect drivability. These are also ideal for vehicles in very cold or freezing weather as it allows crankcase pressure to escape until condensation or frozen condensation in the PCV hoses melts or thaws. This is a must to ensure maximum engine seal life.
UPR Billet Pro Series Check Valve:
These are larger higher flowing check valves than the standard check valve. It will increase the vacuum through the catch can and deliver better crankcase evacuation. The improved crankcase evacuation translates to increased MPG and more responsive low speed drivability. The arrow printed on the check valve will always need to face away from the catch can. There is no down side to having a check valve in a Naturally Aspirated (NA) application, and a check valve in required in boosted applications. The larger, higher flowing Pro Series Check Valve also has a hex nut on the body so you can disassemble it for inspection and cleaning.
Replacement O-Rings:
Spare O-rings for the catch can cup. If the O-ring is lost, torn or if it's just time to replace it due to wear it's a good idea to have a couple of spares in the glove box. 5028 is the main dirty side catch can and 5049 is the clean side catch can.
Quick Release Knob:
Our Billet Quick Release Knob makes the job of removing and draining your can even easier. Allows for the remove of the can from the bracket with a simple twist of your fingers no tools required and comes with a lanyard so you’ll never misplace it.
