LFP QC Upper Pulley Kit The LFP Aluminum QC Upper Blower Pulley Kit for the 2003-2004 Mustang SVT Cobra is a direct replacement of your oversized heavy stock stamped steel pulley. By removing your 3.65'' Blower Pulley with an LFP QC 2.80 or 2.93 Pulley Kit, your blower revolutions increase adding respectively 5psi - 6psi over stock. This makes the LFP QC Upper Pulley Kit the biggest bang for your buck. Lightning Force Performance is pleased to offer a billet interchangeable upper pulley kit with a new anti-slip groove design. Kits are complete with high grade steel mounting Hub, which replaces your stock pulley. Steel Hub on steel blower shaft works best for proper heating/cooling, unlike the less expensive solid aluminum versions now being made available. Not to mention no damage will accure to your high grade steel Hub whenever removing it. Once your high grade steel Hub has been pressed on you can mount the 2.80" or the 2.93" light weight CNC machined billet pulley ring. These pulleys are designed with a hollow back for proper balance of weight and proper heat dispensation. The LFP Alternator Pulley is used with aftermarket Crank Pulley Kits to reduce alternator revolutions. As you increase the diameter of your Crank Pulley, your alternator pulley will have more revolutions. Over time, the increased revolutions may cause your alternator to over-spin.
